Default 95 Accord Odometer stopped working

On my 95 Accord the Odometer and trip meter have stopped working. The speedometer is still working. What part fails in this situation? At first cycling the trip meter reset many times would get both working but only lasted for a few days.

First, nice to see you again.....I'm sure you have also tried the maint reminder reset....a few spirited jabs of the key and a reset of the trip....If that doesn't do I pretty sure you know what is next

You might try introducing a little WD40 into the movement. If you can get the straw by the reset stem, you might be able to inject a good spray and get the sticking gears to turn.

good luck

The maint reminder reset got it working again and I will do the WD 40 tip also.

Thanks Chris
