95 Honda Accord. I order a new drivers window control panel and that did not help. I changed the window relay. Still did not work. I checked all the fuses and did not find a blown fuse. What do I do now. Could I have had a new relay or control panel that was bad?

 

Check ground wires and connections G401 and G403 inside of the cabin. If you don't have the service manual, it is available in the link at the sticky at the top of this forum.
