I have a 2004 Honda Accord LX 2.4 and found a penny in the cigarette socket causing it to short killing the power to both sockets, power windows and locks, the locks work if the car is on and the windows make noise but no movement but only if the car is on, the alarm doesnt arm or respond to the transmitter, I ve checked all fuses under the hood, down by the kick panel and the fuses going to the aftermarket alarm box, and also checked the wiring, but no luck on finding the porblem, if anyone has had this problem or worked on this problem please shoot me a reply thanks.

 

There are two fuses in the underdash fuse panel....by my numbers, #9 15amp and #32 7.5 amp that need to be pulled and checked.
