P0336 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance will not rev over 3800 like it was governed. passing gear same thing
i replaced crank sense not fun still same problem. book i have does not tell how to check sensors or location of sensors. i guess next i will try to find tdc senser and hope that is it.

Anyways, have you checked if the wires have power? Maybe a chewed wire around there is causing a short. My car did the same thing.
