i hear a knocking noise inside the motor at low rpm when i accelerate only then its goes away when the rpms get higher what can that be

 

Noises are tough. Rod and bearing knocks don't usually get better w/ added RPM, but can if oil pressure is very low at idle. Is oil light ever on? If yes, then an oil pressure test is indicated to understand how low oil pressure is running.

Also try to isolate where noise is originating; oil pan, valve cover, pax side, driver's side, etc.

If you suspect a low end knock you can always swap out the oil and replace with 10w30. If the knock gets quiet or goes away then most often it is wear in a bearing(s). If the car has 250k+\- then some knock is to be expected. If it is really loud then you know what I am going to say. Also be sure to check the drive belts and ensure that they are not over tightened.

 

If 5W-30 is the recommended oil for a 1995 Accord (and I believe it is), then 10W-30 will make zero difference because they both operate as a 30 grade oil when warmed up.

To take it one step further, if the bottom end is knocking, then even straight 50 weight oil will not stop it from making noise.
