95 Speedometer not working

you do not need to remove the whole dash....it is best to download a manual from the DIY section that will guide you to do the job ......

I have the shop manual for the car, so I'll look into that for removing the cluster. I contacted a few salvage yards about pricing for the cluster, most are $50-100, so I'm going to look around to find a good deal. Hopefully I can get one that has a working speedometer.

Dang I sure thought you had to remove the dash in the 94-97 Accords to access the cluster. I guess that's what I get for reading a Haynes manual. I never downloaded the free shop manual because it is for 4cyl accord and I had a 95 V6

Apparently, it could be a fuse. The shop manual says if the speedo, odo, and trip aren't working, check the No.1 10A fuse, then from there check the wiring for the VSS.

Definitely check the fuse.
However, if the rest of the cluster works, I would put money on it that the fuse is fine.
