And this is a few days old, but you had the head off which means you had to do something with the intake and plenum.
Check the main gound (G101) on the drivers end of the tb/plenum. Make sure it is clean and tight.

It was the firing order. We got it to start up for about five minutes then it shut off. Im sure it was because we ran out of gas. But we put more in and now itll try to start, but immediately stall and shut off. Im thinking its fuel related but, we're getting fuel to the fuel rail. And now, all it does is crank. Dumped so much money into this. Completely screwed.
