Okay so I have 2 questions, In an earlier post I mentioned that I had replaced my plugs and PCV valve. Now my question is, is this Rubber seal supposed to be taken out or kept there? And should my PCV valve be sticking out this far when its in-place?

Second Question is, does this look like the normal idle RPM's when sitting at a dead stop?

thats pretty much where my rpms sit. give or take 50rpm

the pcv is fine.

 

That seal should be there.

The RPM is right where it should be. 750 +/- 50.
