The starter cut relay is located under the driver's side dash, near the steering column.

Does the car start without any problem other than the clicking?

Do not replace any parts yet. It may be a ground wire or other wire issue.

Sometimes it will start and times want. I roll it off. There are times when it clicks and i roll it off i have no problem the rest of the day. The lady i bought the car from said it was a "shortage" i took that as meaning a wire.. thank you

Have you checked the conditions of the battery cables and starter cables?

Check both end of each battery cable for corrosion, frayed wires on cables.

X2 on above, a single click with no start indicates a bad connection,,multiple clicks indicate a low or bad battery, Where are you located?

Hmmm, where did you have it tested?
A battery can have 12 volts but not enough amps. A little bit more information is needed. Check the battery cables, make sure all connections are clean and tight. On the ground cable , peel back the insulation enough to expose some of the cable. If it is chalky looking or green ish color, I would replace it. It is corroding from inside out. Good luck.

Battery voltage is to be tested during cranking. If the voltage drops below 10 to 10.5 during cranking then the battery is the likely cause. If the battery checks out fine and the terminals and ground to body are clean and tight then we need to start looking else where.
