Is check engine light coming on for 2-3 secs and going off when keyswitch is turned to On?

Check for any codes in ECU (see DIY section for instructions).

good luck

Sounds like time for some testing of the Main relay and the inputs to it.....

I the same thread referenced by TX, there is a link to a manual you can download that will help with the testing.

See request to check for codes. This is best path to a solution. Your car is Obd2 so you can go to Autozone or other parts outlet to check codes in most states.

Posting more questions won't resolve your problem.

good luck

Yes, OBD-II codes are good but if you can't get the car to run....the 96's still had the OBD-I connector to get those codes.

I know the relay is new, that is where I'm wondering if the "inputs" to it are missing.

Here is a link that may help : Main Relay Fix, Troubleshooting (Honda, Acura) and how to solder
