97 Accord 2.2 liter AT oil leak.
Happy Easter Accord Members!
My 97 Accord recently has been leaking some oil. I noticed this during my last oil change, and while under the vehicle you could see oil residue on the bottom of the engine, supports, drive train parts, etc.
I also did replace my distributor o ring seal a few weeks ago, which was leaking oil but do not think that is the primary source of the new oil leak.
In addition to the recent oil leaking, I can hear what sounds like an exhaust leak. I got under the car, and could not see or feel anything noticeable from the exhaust system .
Now I am wondering if a seal or gasket leak from the engine perhaps would produce an engine oil leak, and also sound like an exhaust leak?
Anyone have any ideas on this theory, or give me some ideas on what to check?
Thanks everyone!

I'm betting they are not related.
For the oil leak, clean up the engine the best you can and see if you can find the source.....
For the exhaust, start it cold....start feeling and listening for the leak. After checking the pipe for leaks and that, you might have to pull the heat shield off the exh manifold and check it for cracks.
