Default 97 Accord issues Help!

I am having issues with my girls 97 Accord. It had a bad exhaust leak for about 2 weeks before I had the money to fix it. During those two weeks we drove the car daily. It got so bad that the resonator damn near fell off. So I brought it in and had a new cat back system put on. I noticed on the way there the car was skipping. During idle it almost stalled and while taking off the car would kinda hesitate and skip. It seems to me its electrical/ fuel. When I picked the car up the CEL was on. Cyclinder 3 misfire. That was because the shop noticed it running crappy and pulled the #3 wire and left it disconnected for me to find when I got home. So I bought new plugs and wires and installed them and it still runs crappy. What do you guys think I have here? I did notice oil all around the plug wires so I will be replacing the plug seals. The cars got 155K and had a full tune up 2 years ago. Clogged injector? I can hear all 4 clicking. Its bad enough to not let my girlfriend drive it. I'm planning on replacing the cap/rotor button and hoping its fine. Am I missing something? Sorry for the novel and any help/advice is greatly appreciated!!!

pull the 7.5a fuse under the hood labeled back-up then plug it back in. start it and let it idle to operating temp(fans will kick on) then drive it around and if the light comes on get the codes checked again
