It should be the starter, bad battery cables, or weak connections.

you have got to be kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i found the problem. i dont want to say what it is cause it makes me feel so dumb.
but hear goes, it was the relay i installed when i put my remote start in, i forgot about that untill i looked under the ignition panel and saw it. damn i am an idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey, what was the relay that cause ur starting problem on ur honda accord? is it the starter relay? is ur car automatic?

 

yea it is an automatic, its a 97 accord. i installed a remote starter and out a relay inline with it and forgot that i did that. when i replaced that relay it worked for a while. then it started to do the whole not starting thing again. so i just put a push botton switch inline with the starter wire. i think the problem is in the remote starter computer. but that cost to much to replace. so for right now i have it rigged up but it works.
but now i have this darn running light problem.
