97 accord tranmission"limp mode" p0700 tcu??
P0705 is not listed as a code in my 97 shop manual. Are you sure about this code? The P0141 wouldn't cause a problem with shifting.
Since you are not getting codes that are part of the 97 PCM (please verify the code), I'd suspect something is wrong with the PCM. There is a ground (G101), that you should find, unbolt, cleanup the bolt and eyelet, then reattach. See Pic below. It is on the opposite end from the throttle body on the upper part of the intake manifold.

I'm not sure I can find theverything ground. Is it directly to the left of the master cylinder? What will taking it off do??
Should I just replace the transmission range sensor. Where is the transmission range sensor?
Is the o2 sensor a big deal if I don't replace it?? Since it has nothing to do with the shifting problem?

There was only one ground I wanted you to clean, G101. See pic and my description above. Its simple to do and worth a shot.
If cleaning only G101 doesn't help, you are getting a code that is not listed in the shop manual, so a replacement PCM is something to try. Just don't want you to waste money if that isn't the problem.

I really appreciate all your help. I found and cleaned that G101 ground. Still having same issues. I'm not trying to throw money at this either but I'm so angry at this point i. Going to get it fixed out of spite. Do you know anything about trans range sensor, or should I just replace the PCM??

Since you are having 10-15 minutes of normal operation, I think this is an electrical problem. You have a code that is not listed in my 1997 Accord shop manual, so the PCM is a prime suspect.
You can try resetting the PCM by pulling the 7.5 amp backup/radio fuse in the engine bay fuse box for a minute and seeing if the car shift normally.
I would also recommend changing the transmission fluid.

I did reset the PCM earlier today that's when it was driving and shifting much better in gears 1,2,3. 4th was a bit off. But as the day went on the problem of it going into neutral again came back. I have been trying to look into this trans sensor I issue but not having much luck. I think this model might be internal. I read about the neutral switch also but not sure if that's it.
I am going to do trans fluid full flush this weekend. I think it's time to replace the PCM. Your thoughts??

Yes, I think you should replace the PCM.
There is no code P0705 listed for your car, so a PCM giving non-existent code is suspect to me. I wouldn't look any further into a trans range switch, because P0705 does not mean anything on a 97 Accord.
