97 Ex: Tips for broken power window regulator and maintanance?
Sup all.
1997 Accord Ex
I know Honda power windows suck.
All 3 other windows work fine but are very slow. The drivers doesnt, it sounds like its trying to move but something is stuck. So either the window is off the rails or the regulator needs replacement. The window also seems off alignment so there is hope to where the regulator is fine.
My question is to those who have had this issue; how did you fix it? The local pull-a-part has a ton of 94-97 Accords so I can easily get a new regulator, but I need tips on removing the panel and troubleshooting the regulator before replacing it.
Thanks in advance!

In the "Common DIY Threads" sticky at the top of this section there is a link to a manual you can download. It will help with the testing and replacement if needed.
I've heard that Shin-Etsu lube works wonders for the window guides (PN# 08798-9013)....it might help the other three windows.
