window motor , regulator or window switch?

Default window motor , regulator or window switch?
How do I diagnose the problem? My left front window will roll down fine but sometimes it is weak when rolling back up and sometimes it stops all together.
Thanks for any help.

A few things, please don't post in the DIY section.

Second, it would help to know what kind of car this is. Add your car info to your signature so that it is always there and you don't forget to tell us.
