go to napa and get an obdII reader cost is between $39 - 59, going to autozone to read codes is only usefull for soo long, it will also come in handy in the future. read the codes and post the results. the connector is behind the ash tray.

once you fix the radiator... junk yards in my area will pressure test a radiator prior to selling...

i have seen issues in non honda's where the battery cables can go bad. can visually inspect the wires for battery acid inside the wiring, or a loose ground.

first check fuses, prob not an issue but you never know.

next check to see if the fuel pump is running, you should hear it when you put the key to II without the car running. if its hard to hear pull the rear seats down should hear it whiring for a few seconds.

after that check for spark. pull a plug out of a cylinder and plug it into the plug wire, have a friend briefly start the vehicle you should see a spark, may be easier in garage or at night.
