If the housing is moving rather than the inner cable, you will need to restrain the housing w/ wire or other means. I used wire wrapped around housing and anchored to mounting bolts.

The only thing with that "part" is I don't thing you can get just that, I think you have to get the whole TB. Double check me on this, it's early and not enough coffee yet.

If it is not the housing of the cable, yet a piece of the spool broken. If you use "something" to hold it in place _PLEASE be careful. If it binds, or comes loose and binds.....it could jam the spool in such a way the throttle will be stuck open.
