98 Accord Electrical problem
Bought this 98 Accord LX 4door, 4cylinder, automatic, several months ago for my daughter.
The horn did not work, everything else worked as it should. After driving it a few days the cruise control malfunctioned. It began accelerating even when touching the brakes or pressing cancel button on the steering wheel. Had to brake untill stopped then shut off the engine. I pulled the fuse for the cruise control and the transmission would try to start in high gear, replaced the fuse then had a long list of electrical problems. Dash lights, radio, clock, interior lights, vanity visor lights, running lights/parking lights do not work. The heater blower does not start immedeatly but after driving a short distance it works normally. I have replaced the drivers multiplexer with a used one and the light switch on the steering column, new. I do not have a repair manual or wiring diagram for the car. Any help or direction will be appreciated.

All fuses are good, drivers side #8, #9 has voltage on the fuse socket, Also D4 on the shift selector is flashing. Passenger side fuses are good with no voltage on fuse socket #13 or#9. The power accessory socket has no voltage.
Thank you poorman212, found the problem, and it was self inflicted. I had pulled 40 amp fuse #54 earlier and put it back in the wrong slot. That is one of the dumbest things I've done lately. However, my eyes are not as good as they once were. Again, many thanks.
