98 Accord front wheel noise

Default 98 Accord front wheel noise
Hi, I'm new to this forum and have a question? I have a 98 accord ex sedan, it has brand new axles, but makes a noise as if the axle was bad. Now i feel something on the floor of the car and the gas pedal like a slight thump. Can that be caused by the Wheel bearing? NO vibration just slight thumps. Also I Checked for any play but came up with nothing. Need some help asap. Thanks.
