My dad has a 1998 Honda Accord, base model. He had a starting problem when it was humid out so his garage changed hte spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor ( the spark plugs were changed in April 2009).
This solved the starting problem. Now he has an intermittent stalling problem. This happens when he is driving in the city while getting his groceries. It's happened 3 times in a span of a month. Every time it stalled, he was driving slowly like coming to stop sign or light. Every time it stalled, he was able to restart the car immediately.
He is concerned enough to not want to drive it on the highway.
Does anyone know the reason the car is stalling?
