Yes but it will also do it at a hard throttle (faster speed) once it plains out. it will do it at any throttle position as long as its not pulling. I haven't had time to scan it with a good scanner yet but i have discovered that the check engine light is not working AT ALL. It doesn't come on at start up. Not even a flash, so i guess i'll replace the bulb first then scan it.

 

If 02 scan looks good how do i check fuel pressure regulator?, may sound dumb but more than one has tried to figure this one out and i think i'll try my luck at it this time with your help. Thanks again!
