Default 98 Accord V6 Fuel Pressure Regulator location?

I am diagnosing the problems on my V6 accord. I had problems with the car cutting out, only at freeway speeds. At one point I also had 2 error codes pull-P0170 and P0171.
I know there are multiple things that can cause this code, but that coupled with the stuttering at high speeds led me to the fuel pump. The car has 190k on it, so it was due anyways. I replaced it.
The problem improved, but isn't completely gone. I want to check the vacuum line for gas on the pressure regulator but cant find it. Do I have to remove the intake manifold to access the pressure regulator? From the diagrams I have looked at, it looks to be under the manifold.

Any help would be appreciated.

For 1998-99 Accord V6, the intake manifold needs to be removed to access the fuel pressure regulator. 2000-2002 Accord V6 does not need the intake manifold to be removed to access the fuel pressure regulator.
