98 LX 2.3L fuel delivery issue?
I have a 98 Accord LX 2.3L 4 cyl MT 260,000 miles.
Fuel pump went bad, so I replaced with an OEM from AutoZone.
I drove the vehicle from the site of repair about 10 miles to my office.
Now the pump will pressurize, but the car will not turn over. It cranks strongly, but seems like it is still not getting fuel.
Where do I start?
Thanks!

no, I don't have equipment to test the fuel pressure.
I did get the car to start today by opening the pressure regulator cap and venting the fuel rail. The car will run and start if the engine is hot, but if the engine is cold the I need to take the pressure regulator off in order to start again.
any ideas?
thank you
