Default 99 Accord - Do these O2 sensor charts look somewhat normal?

Is there enough data here(or even the right kind of data) to tell if catalytic converter is functioning correctly?

I recently received P0420 code(catalytic converter below threshold) and have since replaced gas cap, pcv valve, up/down O2 sensors. I was not to familiar with my scan tool, so I don't have any data recorded before I made the changes. I do remember that the down O2 sensor seemed to be setting around 0.82v. The code has not come back after 1000 miles. The pdf file contains 3 charts with 50 frames of data. Cruise control setting at 70MPH on relatively flat terrain.
1- O2 sensor voltages
2- O2 short and long term fuel trims
3- Short and long term fuel trims
It looks like the rear voltage was settling down more at around frame 37, but I had to exit.

From reading the forums, I decided to check the IAT(Intake Air Temperature) sensor to see how dirty is was and it certainly need cleaned. The new charts below are just from cleaning sensor. I was surprised to see what a difference it made.
A couple things I noticed about the charts are:
1-O2 sensor voltages chart -- more fluctuation on the low end voltage for the upstream sensor. downstream voltage stayed in same range 0.5 to 0.8
2- O2 short and long term fuel trims chart - entire chart seems to have shifted down 1%.
3- Short and long term fuel trims chart - LT trim percentage went from 3.5-3.0% all the way down to 0.5%. ST trims looks to have dropped 1-2% also.
Both charts were made over the same stretch of highway after 50 miles of highway driving.
Anyway, does this look more normal for functioning O2 sensors and catalytic converter?
