99 Accord has trouble starting in cold, Check engine light is on with full gas tank

My 93 accord did the same thing sounds like the full pump is going out in it try replacing it an see if that helps.

You don't appear to have read this entire thread. The problem is not the fuel pump.

The ECT sensor appears to have been the culprit. The check engine light is off, the car has been starting correctly under all temperatures and conditions and the gas mileage has been better. I found that using an open wrench allowed me to access and remove the part with ease without having to remove any of the tubes.
