Default 99 Accord LX 2.3l will shut off sometimes while driving

I have a 99 Accord LX 2.3l will shut off sometimes while driving. The green key symbol shows up. The car will restart fine and go along its merry way with no more problems. It can go weeks with out a problem and then just shut off while driving again. Anyone had this Problem? I don't get any fail codes.

Thanks

If the Check Engine Light and Alt light don't come on immediately when engine shuts down, then keyswitch is indicated.

good luck
