99 Accord Wipers

Default 99 Accord Wipers
Why would the wiper system work only on 'quick sweep' and not on any other functions? Oh, and washers work, just doesn't wipe while squirting...Just 'low/high/int. not working...Got any suggestions???

It looks like the "quick sweep/mist" function sends the ground to the motor thru a different set of contacts in the wiper switch.....see pic.

Do you have a volt meter and some time to test the wiper switch?
