Default 99 honda accord 4 door

Whats the best battery for my car and it could handle a lot of accessories
like lights and a system?

Do you guys know whats wrong when its hard to get out of park sometimes i push the brake and it doesn't go it takes awhile but it goes? is it because of the alternator?

I don't have a good answer for what battery to use.

Getting the car out of park has to do with the shift lock system. Check that your brake lights are working, because the brake switch in part of that circuit.

About the battery: I would just look for a premium battery. i wouldn't waste my money on Optima or Interstate. I'm a fan of Duralast at Autozone. They have a "gold" yellow top battery that is probaly good.

You should think about doing a "big 3" upgrade. You might not even need to get another battery.

Default please help 99 accord coupe

i have problem.. we cant diagnose car.. computer shows nothing just chek connections or thomthing like that .. computer is working 100% .. and my ECU too i bought it allready .. please help..

The switch is up near the pivot & shown in the picture as #3. Check for easy stuff like the wire being unplugged.


Then... Press the brake pedal & listen for a click near the base of the shift lever. If it clicks & the lever remains locked, then we can look down there for problems.

tell us a bit more about your 99 accord.......4cyl? v6? at? and what are you seeking help with ??
no start?? electrical ?? tranny issues ?? etc etc ..please be specific ..

AND 1 LAST THING ,, you should not ask for help in someone's else post.it gets very confusing ,,, next time start your own post...
