daughters 94 accord v tec abs light has been on for a month or two with no apparent leaks or problems. came home friday , said car was running bad and shaking at idle. i inspected and noticed abs module cycling on and off continuosly causing a pull on motor, hence the rough idle. i jumped connecter and got the 1 pause 2 light blink. im understanding this is the pump. could it be anything else? i pulled the relay so she could drive it. is that a problem? is the pump the whole abs box at front left corner ?

 

I'd check the fluid level in the abs res...then I would bleed the abs unit.

Was the abs light on? If so get the codes after checking the fluid and blleding.
