Default ABS system

I have 2003 accord ex-v6 my abs and traction light is on and breaks locked up I've changed the break hoses , calipers & abs modual and bleed it and still light is on and brakes still locking up can I get some help what to do next .

Obtain codes and post back for help on interpreting codes.

Any mods to tires or wheels?

Note,although link is for SRS codes, it should work for ABS/VSA codes by blinking the ABS light.
