First, what is the issue with the compressor? Did the first one lock up?
Has the system been checked with a A/C gauges? Have you tried to charge the system?
Has the system been exposed to moisture? When replacing or opening A/C system, always replace drier.

Rockauto specifies Denso 10PA17C and Denso 10S17C compressors as replacement. I looked at Majestic Honda and Honda part no. is 38810-P3G-003.

You can rely on Rockauto to sell you the correct compressor.

Also agree that you should describe your problem to be sure you need a compressor.

Do you plan to DIY installation/charging? Do you have necessary tools?

good luck

Agree, fully.
If I were having A/C repaired, I'd go to the Honda dealer, or a shop that specializes in A/C work.
