I think I've read all the articles on cooling fan operation. Hope I can ask question so I can be understood.

1992 Accord both cooling fans come on when temperature is high. Does not run hot. When you start out engine cold Ac does not cool at stops. No condenser fan with AC on engine cold. Once engine is hot both fans will run.
Does not look like any extra wiring. All looks factory.

No condenser fan = no Ac without engine temperature high enough to turn fans on by engine temoerature.

Condenser fan does not come on with AC only.

At stops no AC (air conditioning).
