Default Accord 07 Upper Control Arm Bolts

I have play in my upper ball joint and plan to replace my upper control arm. In the service manual it says that the bolts holding the upper control arm to the chassis should be replaced when installing a new control arm. Also it says that the bolt holding the strut/damper to the lower control arm should be replaced (it is necessary to remove the damper to get at the upper control arm bolts).

Just curious to hear any thoughts as to whether these bolts really need to be replaced and what is the reason for that? Would they be replaced at a dealership/service station typically?

Thanks for any thoughts on the matter,
John

The service manual I have only says to replace the nut on the wishbone. I would probably clean any corrosion off the bolt and reuse.
