I have to buy the water radiatorr and found this on ebay, DENSO brand.
How I can be sure that whatever it uses my car? Someone could help me with this?
Not if used for anything but the VIN of my car is 1HGCD5657 ....

Denso makes the radiator for your Honda accord, so it will fit. You can go to densoaftermarket.com to look up the Denso radiator part number for your car to be sure the Ebay one has the same part number.
