Accord 2000 4cyl 2000cc: 2 questions from a new owner
hello
i found this thin rubber hose (looks like vacuum hose) coming from the tranny under the rhd mounting and not connected anywhere.
what is it for?
is the ventilation surround panel from later years compatible with earlier models? It looks a bit different.

Many of these have a "trans vent" tube that is like a vac line from the trans to the "air" - many times it is in the shape of a ? so that "stuff" can't go from the tube/line into the trans.
For part two.....have a pic of the part and or location as I'm not sure what piece you are talking about.
Last, are you in north america? I ask because usually here those would have the 2.3 L engine.
