Accord 2000 won't turn over, oil and voltage lights are on
Car was running fine, parked it for the night and tried to start it this morning.
Put the key in and turned the key, but no sound from engine at all, it won't turn over. Battery seems to be fine in that radio, windows, headlights work fine but I still tried to get a jump start to no avail. Also, in the on position before/after I try starting the engine, the voltage and oil lights are on.
Some background info: it's been raining, and also this past Tuesday someone hit my car when it was parked in front of the front left wheel, and when turning the wheel all the way to the right I start hearing a noise of the wheel rubbing up on something when moving. It worked fine on Tuesday till last night, and no lights or anything was different after the hit (except the noise from the tire touching something when turned fully to the right, that is).
Any ideas?

Was the front passenger or driver's side hit? (left and right can be ambiguous).
The positive cable coming off of the batter goes to the starter (and also the fuse box under the hood). Disconnect the battery and check that the electrical connections to the starter are in good shape. There is also a small wire (blk or blk/wht) that connects to the starter as well that you should check.
