In the common DIY thread on top of the gen tech help forum, there is a link to online shop manuals. There is one for the 03-07 Accords. I think that you should verify that you are getting voltage to the horn when the horn button is pressed before blindly replacing the horn itself.

I would unplug the horn electrical connector and test for voltage. If you have 12V, then replace the actual horn.

If you don't have 12V, then I would move to the relay and test. Finally, I would test the horn button on your steering wheel.

i seem to have a similar problem except the horn works when i set the alarm. aka hitting the lock key twice on the key fob but not when i have the car on and go to press the horn button.

also do you know where the relay is located ?
