1994 honda accord ex sedan.Keeps blowing replacement 15ampfuses. No tail lights, or dash lights.All headlights marker lights, signalandbrake lights work. Have checked the combination switch, wiring looks ok.Unplugged the dimmer,bulbs and connectors are good. I am stumped, need help. Please.

 

Which fuse are you blowing specifically? Try to give the location, amps, description, etc. so we can figure out which electrical circuit is the problem.

 

Check and see if you have any wires in your truck that are fraid that are going to you tail lights.

 

Try wiggling the core of wires that go into the trunk lid .... I've seen problems there before ..... if wiggling the core of wires helps, then you've got to cut into it and go through the wires to find the one with the bad connection ..... make sure to reinsulate the wires well ..... I'd use liquid electrical tape for this application.

 

See attached circuit diagram. It is similar to hard copy manual I have for your vehicle.

If fuse 32 in underhood fuse box is blowing, then a short exists in that circuit from the fuse.

Finding it will require use of a multimeter measuring line resistance and disconnecting various legs of the circuit to find which leg contains the short. There are numerous possibilities, but combination light switch fault and dash lights dimmer module are likely sources to be checked.
