Air Cabin Filter Help
I'm having problems removing the metal bar in order to take out my air filters
There are two phillips screw on both end, but I can't get it off.....they are stuck tight...
I was able to remove everything else except the metal bar in front of the air cabin filter entrance.
I also use WD-40 but no luck....so I gave up because I don't want to strip the screws

I remember those on my 98. I found a really good sharp screwdriver bit that wasn't rounded off from use. Press it firmly into the screw & hold it straight. The bit I used had a hex shank, so I used a wrench to turn it, while holding the screwdriver straight.
Those screws came loose with a sudden snap, then they could spin freely.
