Hello,

My accord is 2004 EX-L without navigation. I have a question for the air conditioner off as a default.
When I turn on the heater, always air conditioner has been operated. So always I turn off air conditioner everytime.
However, if I turn off heater and on again, the air conditioner is working together.
How can I deal with this phenomena?
I'd like to set the default as the air contitioner off when I turn on the heater.

you talking heater or defroster? the a/c being on for the defrost is crucial to the defrostation of your window.

 

if you have auto climate control, then you have no control over a/c if the system is in auto or full auto. if there is an a/c button you can press it to turn the system on or off. defroster will automatically engage a/c compressor to clear your windows
