Air leaking out of the SAME spark plug well during Leakdown Test
Hey guys,
Just replaced the head and gasket on my 99 2.3 VTEC and decided to do a leakdown test for the heck of it.
When I tested the #2 cyl, I showed 60%
and the air was coming back out the #2 spark plug well. I removed the tester and made sure the o ring was ok and cleaned the mating surface down in the well. Same results again. Any Idea how this could be happening? The threads don't seem to be screwed up when I thread the tester or the spark plug in.....

Just seems like maybe it isnt screwed in far enough. I know sometimes it can be hard to screw the tester in.
As long as its running fine I'd just go with it, if it actually had 60% leakage it wouldn't be running fine.
