Default Airbag sensors

We have a 2009 Honda Accord we bought brand new just got back from a local dealer front left impact sensor bad and right passenger side sensor is bad. He said it was in the polar between the doors. my question is, is it very hard to change dealer wants way too much money and my wife drives this car every day. Thank you.

Replacing almost any part on a car isn't terribly difficult as long as you have good instructions.

I'd recommend purchasing the shop manual for you car. Automanualsource.com sells them for $22. You can probably find DIY videos on some of steps (like removing the bumper) on youtube.

With the manual and some youtube information, you can determine if you want to give this a shot.

I have one on YouTube. I have looked at the manual. It has nothing about accessing the front crash sensor but I’ll keep looking and thank you. I’m just hoping somebody on the site has done it before I did change it couple weeks ago it took me over six hours and I know there’s got to be an easier way, and then they try to get it activated yesterday at the dealership and the dealership told me the one I put in it was no good thank you again
