Default alignment or rotors warped???

I have had my 2007 Honda Accord for about a year and half now, roughly 30,000 miles, no problems until recently.

I was coming around a slow turn and didn't realize how sharp it was so I slammed on the brakes to prevent an accident. The car is fine when I drive regularly down the road at a decent speed or on the highway. But, there is now a shakiness to the steering wheel when the car is braking slowly, similar to the way one shakes when there is an alignment problem.

Does anyone know what type of problem this could potentially be and/or how much it might cost to get fixed? thx.

Default RE: alignment or rotors warped???

If it only happens when you brake.... warped rotors.

If it happens all the time... alignment/suspension.

Ok, thanks. do you know how much it could potentially cost to replace/tighten?

The rotors are not "tightened", I recommend OEM or Brembo blank rotors, so about $60-80 for the fronts (probably the warped ones, rears don't do all the much braking).

Pretty easy to do yourself if you have some tools and a bit of logic.
