AM/FM Transmitter

I wasn't really sure where to post this but here's my question. I bought a transmitter for my i-pod to play music through it into a 04 accord. My accord seems to have trouble getting a good radio signal in general so you can imagine the quality sucked. Anyone have any luck with a good transmitter they've purchased?

I have a transdock micro it works real well
