Default Anti theft issues?

Good evening, hoping someone can help with an issue i’m having.

2009 Honda accord EX-L 4cyl 104k miles automatic

I botched a wiring DIY where i ended up blowing a couple of fuses. I was able to fix most of the problems that came from this issue, however I’m still having problems with the anti theft

The key fob does not respond to any buttons, the power locks don’t work if the car is not on, and everytime i start the car i have to put in my radio code.

I’m assuming this is an anti theft issue and was wondering if there are any fuses/ relays that relate to anti theft? I plan on taking it to the dealer but I wanted to see if i could solve it on my own. Thanks in advance

What wiring were you working on, and what went wrong?
