Dumb problem but an issue for me. I smoke in my car and constantly use my ashtray and when im driving to and from work its dark and my car used to have to nice little light that lit up the ashtray but it went out and I constantly miss my ashtray with my ashes or putting cigirettes out and its ruining my console. I cant find where the bulb is to replace it. Any help please 95 accord ex ... probably the dumbest problem ive ever had with my car but its important to me

 

It is there......had the same in my 95.

Pull the ash tray and look center/top of where it was. You will see a "blue" bulb, it is a clear bulb with blue plastic over it. Turn the lights on and be sure it is not working.......as it could be the "clear" window on the top of the ash tray has gotten dirty and not allowing the "light to shine through".

 

Thanks man I found it.beleive it or not that little light is awesome to have. It got pushed back behind my cd player. I didnt realize it was the blue cover thing. Does that cover need to go back on?

 

That is up to you on the cover.....and with the age of it, not even sure if you will get it off without "killing" the thing.

When I replaced mine (the 95).....I can't even remember if I got it back on?

And, yes I did the same thing of pushing it back behind the "cover"
