Auto Headlights

Anyone been able to modify the existing headlight system in an 2006 Accord to make the headlights go on/off based upon the actually environment?

dont have it in my car but my friend installed that in his golf. what he said is that there is a little box which is
wired to your headlights & a sensor which turns your lights on and off as needed.
