Default Auto lock/unlock for 2001 Accord EX

I've got a buddy with an older Accord, and his doors automatically lock when he shifts in to drive. My 2001 doesn't do this and I'm curious if there's a way to enable this. Any ideas?

Thanks.

that's just kind of a manufacturing feature.... if your car doesn't do it then it probably doesn't have it... As far as wiring it up or something like that, it's beyond me....

When I bought my accord it had an aftermarket alarm that locked the door when I shifted into first and reverse. It pissed me off so I ripped the alarm and all of the wires out and threw it in the trash. I don't think this was a stock feature on any accord.
