Hi, I have a 1991 accord that I just got from my brother, and it has a problem with auto trans.
The problem is that sometimes the green s light comes on in the dash and then it will not shift and starts out in second gear. My question is this, how do you tap into the trans computer to get codes out on this problem, andwhere is theconector youjump to get codes out of trans computer? I know how to get the codes out of the engine computer, and all I get out of it is a 41 code, meaning "that the o2 heating circuit has a fault". Will this cause the trans problem? And when I jump the blue wire to pull the codes out of the engine computer should the green Slight in the dash flash a fault codeThanks

I think on a 91 you can also peel back the carpeting & watch the blinking LED on the tranny computer. (Along with the LED on the engine computer.)
